Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about submitting your Disney pin collection.

Individual collectible pins, limited editions, vintage pieces, complete and framed sets, pin books, lanyards, and large mixed collections. Sending photos is the fastest way to find out if it's a fit.
No. Tell us what you know and upload clear photographs. For large collections, organized group photos are usually the best place to start.
We consider individual pins when they appear collectible and commercially viable. Send clear front and back photos, including the original card or packaging if available.
Yes. Start with photos showing the full collection, then add closer shots of limited editions, framed sets, complete series, original cards, and unusual pieces.
Yes, depending on the pin. Original cards, boxes, certificates, and accessories may affect value, so include them in your photographs when available.
Condition affects value, but visible wear does not automatically disqualify a collection. Show scratches, bent posts, missing elements, repairs, or other damage clearly.
We focus primarily on official Disney pins. We may decline obvious replicas, fantasy pins, unofficial products, or groups dominated by pins with authenticity concerns.
Photos can flag concerns but don't always allow definitive authentication. Any offer may stay subject to physical inspection of the items received.
No. The submission process is used to determine whether we wish to make a purchase offer. It is not an insurance, estate, tax, or certified appraisal.
We weigh authenticity, condition, edition info, completeness, original packaging, collector demand, collection size, and the time and risk involved in reselling.
No. A cash offer for a whole collection is generally different from what you might gross by researching, listing, and selling every pin yourself.
Submitting photographs and information is free. Shipping instructions and any label costs are covered as described in your accepted offer email.
No. There is no obligation to accept.
We aim to respond as promptly as possible. Response time can vary based on collection size, submission quality, and current volume.
We provide written instructions after an offer is accepted. Do not mail pins before receiving and agreeing to the shipping, insurance, inspection, and payment terms.
After an accepted offer, you ship using the instructions and label we provide. Payment goes out once your shipment is received and inspected.
Every accepted offer includes shipping and insurance instructions. Follow the packaging and labeling guidance and your collection stays protected in transit.
Payment is issued within 1 to 2 business days after your pin shipment is received and inspected.
We pay by PayPal or Zelle.
If received pins differ from your photos (missing items, undisclosed damage, authenticity concerns, or wrong quantities), an offer may be adjusted and undisclosed pins may be returned. You'll be notified before any change. Full details are on our Terms page.
