These terms govern submissions to Cash for Disney Pins. Please read them before submitting.
By submitting, you confirm that you own the items or are authorized to sell them, and that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
You agree to provide honest photographs and descriptions. Material inaccuracies may affect or void an offer.
We are not obligated to make an offer on any submission. You are not obligated to accept any offer we make.
A purchase offer is not an insurance, estate, tax, or certified appraisal, and is not an objective market valuation.
If an offer has an expiration period, it will be stated with the offer. Any offer expiration will be stated in writing with the offer. Offers without a stated expiration remain valid for 14 days.
Any offer may remain subject to physical inspection and confirmation of the items received.
If the physical collection differs materially from the photographs (missing items, undisclosed damage, authenticity concerns, or incorrect quantities), an offer may be adjusted and we reserve the right to return any pins that were not properly disclosed. You will be notified before any adjustment is made.
Shipping, insurance, and loss or damage responsibilities are confirmed in writing before you send anything. Sellers ship their pins to us using the instructions and label we provide after an offer is accepted. Payment is issued once your shipment is received and inspected. We provide shipping and insurance instructions with each accepted offer. Follow the provided packaging and labeling guidance so your collection is protected in transit.
Payment methods and timing are confirmed in writing with the offer. Payment is issued within 1 to 2 business days after your pin shipment is received and inspected.
Return rights and return shipping responsibility, if any, are confirmed in writing. We reserve the right to return any pins that were not properly disclosed or that differ materially from the photographs submitted.
You may not submit items you do not own or are not authorized to sell, counterfeit or fantasy pins represented as authentic, or any submission containing unlawful content.
Site content, logo, and design are owned by Cash for Disney Pins. Disney is a trademark of The Walt Disney Company; this site is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Disney.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cash for Disney Pins is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from a submission or transaction.
